SUBMISSION TEMPLATES

All Official Contestant entries shall be submitted through the Contestant Portal.

For All (Continuing and Walk-on) Contestants:

• Technical Performance Measure (TPM) Workbook with instructions, TPM worksheet, bill of materials, video demonstration instructions, and evaluation standards.
• 3D Mapping Test Lane Guidebook
• 3D Mapping Test Lane Instruction Video: This video shows how to construct a test course and perform the 3D mapping flights described in the 3D Mapping Test Lane Guidebook and the TPM Workbook.
• 2D targets (Landolt Rings)
• Test Lane Scoresheet
• Concept Summary Slide Template
• Elaboration on Table D Requirements

Submitting Video Files: System overview/safety check and test procedure video files shall be uploaded to the video file server noted in the Contestant Portal submission form. You will be prompted to enter the name and email address of the submitter.*

*Note what you have entered; you may update your video files before the January 19, 2024 deadline by entering the same name and email address.
