SUBMISSION TEMPLATES

All Official Contestant entries shall be submitted through the Contestant Portal.

For All (Continuing and Walk-on) Contestants:

• NIST UAS Indoor Challenge Course Guidebook (Version 2) with instructions, 8-inch target templates, test lane score sheet
  • NOTE: The updated guidebook, version 2, modifies the NIST lane from a 6×10 to an 8×10 area.
• Constrained Environment Flight Course Setup and Testing Video: this video shows how you can construct a test course and perform the constrained environment flights as described in the NIST Indoor Challenge Course Guidebook and the TPM Workbook.
• Technical Performance Measure (TPM) Workbook with instructions, TPM worksheet, bill of materials, and video demonstration instructions and evaluation standards
• Concept Summary Slide Template
• Submitting Video Files: System overview/safety check and flight test video files shall be uploaded to the video file server noted in the Contestant Portal submission form. You will be prompted to enter the name and email address of the submitter.*

*Make note of what you have entered; you may update your video files before the February 17 deadline by entering the same name and email address.
